Commission is due within 15 days after you receive payment from the customer. No advances, no retainer.
An account we introduce in writing is protected for 24 months. No bypassing us to quote it directly.
When customer data is messy, the hardware team can buy a Build Readiness Package: BOM cleanup from $1,500, assembly-to-RFQ from $5,000, full routing and work instructions from $10,000.
The commission rates and terms shown are a proposed starting structure for discussion. They are not an offer, do not create a representative relationship, and bind neither party. Final terms are set only in a signed written manufacturers' representative agreement, and Reshore Labs does not bind a manufacturer's pricing, delivery, quality, or acceptance without written approval.
For $0 upfront, we represent your shop into El Segundo and SF hard-tech accounts. You pay 5% to 8% only on paid invoices from protected accounts we introduce.
A 90-day pilot to prove fit. In return, we clean up RFQs before they reach you and help convert technical demand into purchase orders.
