This site describes a technical manufacturers' representative service. The content, including any commission rates, protected-account terms, timelines, and package prices, is illustrative and provided for general information and discussion only.
Not an offer, no relationship
Nothing on this site is an offer, quote, or commitment, and nothing here creates a representative, agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship. Any such relationship, and any binding rates or terms, arise only under a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
No authority to bind
Reshore Labs does not set or bind any manufacturer's or buyer's pricing, lead times, quality obligations, warranties, or contracts, and does not accept purchase orders, without that party's written approval. We are not a party to any transaction between a manufacturer and a buyer.
Your submissions
- You keep ownership of the materials you submit. You grant us permission to use them only to respond to you and provide the service you request.
- You represent that you have the right to share what you submit, and that it does not violate any confidentiality obligation or third-party right.
- Do not submit another party's confidential information, drawings, or CAD without authorization.
Export control
Do not submit ITAR or EAR export-controlled technical data through this site or by email. Export-controlled work is handled only under a separate written compliance agreement and appropriate controls. You are responsible for identifying export-controlled information before you send anything.
Third-party names
Company and product names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of Reshore Labs.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOMForge, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
